Private One to One Personal Training

Here at FYF we will create a programme that is safe and effective, tailored specifically for you and your fitness goals. We will design your one on one exercise programme, taking into account your specific goals, timeframe, exercise preferences, current condition, health requirements, lifestyle and your body composition data from our TANITA scanner. We provide a peaceful, friendly, non threatening gym environment whilst offering one to one personal training sessions so, if you are lacking confidence or feeling intimidated by the thought of a big commercial gym, our home based fitness studio is ideal – ensuring your absolute privacy.

 Consideration is shown to every individual and we acknowledge that we are all unique. If your goal is weight loss, to tone up or to train for a specific forthcoming event, we can help you achieve your desired result. Through one to one training in our private studio, we will encourage, motivate and guide you towards your goal. With just you and your trainer, you can relax and focus on you – and only you. You can be assured your trainer is committed to inspiring you to achieve your own personal bests along your fitness journey.

Small Group Sessions

The studio here at FYF can hold up to a maximum of 4 people. This 4:1 ratio allows for optimal coaching so the trainer can pay attention to proper form, exercise selection and the flow of the group. So if you have a group of friends who would like to get fit or stay active, get in touch now. Whether you are training for an event, trying to loose weight for a holiday, to get in shape for a wedding or you just want to drop that dress size, we can train you effectively and in the safest manner possible whilst delivering great results and creating a happy group dynamic.

Boot Camp

If working in a studio is not for you, try one of our exclusive Outdoor Boot Camps that are held in the gardens of the fitness studio. With a great atmosphere and in the company of other motivated people, you are guaranteed to enjoy the class. Open to all levels of fitness …. and only £5 a class!
