3. Our People
Ruairidh is a Level 3 trained Personal Fitness Coach with several years experience teaching a wide range of clients.
Ruairidh is also an accredited Wellness Coach and fully insured member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
He is also a Level 2 Kettle Bells Instructor, Outdoor and Indoor Boot Camp Instructor and fully qualified First Aider.
