My main goal for all my clients is to make them feel supported no matter what their fitness level. Another important factor is to make them feel motivated and to understand the steps they need to take to reach their own achievable goals.
I started in the heath and fitness industry over 3 years ago, after spending most of my youth avoiding it! I understand that making life changes can be daunting, but getting fit and healthy isn’t always about pain, sweat and tears! It can be fun, inspirational and can totally transform you and how you live your life. That’s why I love being a personal trainer – because getting fit is a game changer! I want to help and show you how easy it is to make simple changes that will lead to guaranteed results and to ultimately inspire you to continue to keep fit and healthy for life.
I specialise in helping people who are new to fitness training feel comfortable and grow in confidence. I am continually motivated by my clients. Their positivity, determination and willingness to work hard to make often difficult changes in their lives is inspiring and gives me great job satisfaction .
Learning new skills is crucial for my job and my self development so therefore I am committed to ensuring that my CPD is current and ongoing. I am always looking for something interesting and challenging to train to do.
Whether your aim is for weight loss, muscle strengthening or athlete training I will write a bespoke programme to help you reach your goal. I am a member of REPS (The Register of Exercise Professionals) and fully insured with £10 million liability insurance cover.
